RETURN / EXHCNAGE POLICY
We hope you are happy with your INNIS purchase, but if you are not, please let us know within 14 days. You can return your purchase by emailing hello@innis.london for a full refund and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. You will have received a Returns / Exchange Form with your parcel, which will enable you to send the parcel back to us.
Please note that unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since you have received your goods.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before your bag is sent to you, it is fully checked and controlled by our team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please email hello@innis.london.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed all the steps above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@innis.london
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@innis.london and we will endeavour to help you in every way we can.
Shipping
To return your product please email us to hello@innis.london and we will follow-up with instructions. If you have lost your returns form we will be able to send you another.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
